Clients pay via bank transfer.
We do not store your bank details.
We only receive the information your bank includes with the transfer (name + reference).
Hair sample analysis (optional service)
If you choose to use the optional hair analysis service:
- You will send your sample using a secure postal method to our designated testing address
- The address and instructions are provided privately when needed
- Your sample is sent directly to our trusted specialist for analysis
- Only your name and the sample are shared, no additional personal data.
This service is entirely optional.
Newsletter
If you sign up for the newsletter, we collect your email address.
You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in any email.
Blog Comments
When visitors leave comments on the blog:
- We collect the data shown in the comments form
