Terms & Conditions for the Plant Vibrant 12‑Week Programme
These Terms & Conditions are here to ensure clarity and transparency about how the programme works. By joining the programme and making your payment, you confirm your agreement to the terms below.
1. What’s Included in Your 12‑Week Programme
This is a structured 12‑week programme based on the three phases of the Plant Vibrant Method: Vitalise, Revive and Be Alive. It includes:
Calls
- Week 1: 45‑minute welcome and orientation call
- Week 9: 30‑minute integration call
Weekly Support
Throughout the 12‑week programme, you’ll receive a steady rhythm of five to seven curated emails each week. These are designed to support both your physiology and your emotional landscape, and may include:
- education to help you understand your symptoms (your signals)
- wellness strategies, recalibration tools & lifestyle practices relevant to the themes of each phase
- nutritional insights and nutrition decoding
- mindful practices and breath work
- supportive recipe ideas and food guidance
- journal prompts and reflection invitations
- guidance aligned with the themes of each phase of the Plant Vibrant Method
These weekly emails form the core of your self‑paced adventure. I don’t offer weekly check‑ins, but the reflective prompts help you track your own progress with clarity and steadiness.
Personalised Symptom (Signal) Support (Weeks 3–5)
During the last three weeks of the Vitalise Phase (Weeks 3–5), you’ll receive guidance focused on three signals you are experiencing. This includes:
- education on what’s happening inside your body
- wellness strategies or recalibration tools tailored to your signals
- nutritional decoding and targeted food guidance
- mindset practices to support emotional rhythm
- recipes using ingredients chosen to support the signals we’re exploring
This phase offers a deeper, guided layer of support within the wider weekly rhythm of the programme.

- Be Alive Phase: Weeks 10–12
Knowledge Hub Access
The Plant Vibrant Knowledge Hub is being lovingly crafted behind the scenes. Once it opens, you will receive lifetime access at no additional cost.
Optional Testing (Food & Environmental Intolerance Test)
If you choose to complete the optional Food & Environmental Intolerance Test, your results will be shared with me first so I can walk you through them and help you make sense of what has been flagged. The member price of £77.50 for this test is guaranteed for the full duration of your 12‑week programme, even if you choose to purchase it later.
Disclaimer:
The Food & Environmental Intolerance Test uses the VEGA testing method. It is non‑invasive, approximately 85% accurate, and is not a form of medical diagnosis.
What’s Not Included
To keep everything clear and safe, the programme does not include:
- medical advice or diagnosis
- meal plans
- emergency or crisis support
- supplement prescriptions (gentle guidance only)
- WhatsApp support, direct messaging, or ongoing email support
- Intolerance testing (the optional Food & Environmental Intolerance Test is external and not included in the programme fee)

2. Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer before the programme begins. When you book your welcome call, I will send you an email containing my bank details. Your place in the programme is confirmed once payment has been received.
If you choose to purchase the optional Food & Environmental Intolerance Test when booking your welcome call, please note that we may need to reschedule the call until after your results have been received. Results typically take around seven working days to allow for postage and processing. I will notify you once your results are in so we can arrange a new welcome call time.
3. Refunds
Because the programme includes scheduled weekly content delivered directly to your inbox, all programme fees become non‑refundable once the programme has begun.
3A) Programme Refunds (12‑Week Programme Only)
If you choose to cancel before your welcome call and before any programme emails or content has been delivered, a refund may be offered at my discretion. Any approved refund will be subject to a £30 administration fee to cover scheduling and coordination already undertaken.
Refund amount: £265
If you cancel after your welcome call or after any programme content has been delivered, no refund will be issued. You will simply stop receiving further content.
3B) Programme + Test Package Refunds (£372.50 Total)
If you purchased the 12‑week programme together with the optional Food Intolerance & Nutrient Deficiency Test, the following applies depending on the timing of your cancellation
3B1) Cancelling the programme only (test continues)
If you cancel the programme before your welcome call and before any programme content has been delivered, but continue with the test:
- Programme refund: £295 – £30 admin fee
- The test reverts to the standard price of £99 (an uplift of £21.50)
Refund amount: £243.50
3B2) Cancelling the test only (programme continues)
If you cancel the test before your hair sample is received, but continue with the programme:
- Test refund: £77.50 – £30 admin fee
Refund amount: £47.50
3B3) Cancelling both the programme and the test before any content is delivered and before your hair sample is received
If you cancel both elements before your welcome call, before any programme content has been delivered, and before your hair sample is received:
- A combined administration fee of £45 applies
- The remaining balance of your payment will be refunded
Refund amount: £327.50
3C) Refunds After a Hair Sample Has Been Received
Once your hair sample has been received, the test is processed by the external practitioner and becomes non‑refundable. You will still receive your test results. Interpretation and guidance are only available to active programme members.
3C1) Cancelling the test only (programme continues)
- The test is non‑refundable
- No refund is issued for the test
3C2) Cancelling the programme only (test continues)
If you cancel the programme before your welcome call and before any content has been delivered, but your hair sample has already been received:
- Programme refund: £295 – £30 admin fee
- Test remains non‑refundable
Refund amount: £265
3C3) Cancelling both the programme and the test after the hair sample has been received
If you cancel both elements, but your hair sample has already been received:
- The test is non‑refundable
- Programme refund: £295 – £30 admin fee
- No combined admin fee applies, as the test is not eligible for refund
Refund amount: £265
3D) Summary of Refund Eligibility
- After welcome call or content delivery: no programme refund
- After hair sample received: no test refund
- Admin fees:
- £30 for programme cancellations
- £30 for test cancellations
- £45 total if both are cancelled before any content is delivered and before the hair sample is received
4. Rescheduling & Pausing the Programme
Life happens, and I honour that. You may pause the programme for emergencies or significant life events such as:
- bereavement
- caring responsibilities
- illness
- holidays
- exceptional circumstances
The programme must be completed within 20 weeks of your start date, giving you up to 8 weeks of grace if needed. Pauses are intended for genuine life events and are not designed to extend the programme indefinitely. At week 20, the programme will end wherever you are in the adventure.
5. Confidentiality
Everything you share with me is held in confidence, unless there is a safeguarding concern that requires action to keep you or someone else safe.
6. Scope of Practice
I am the founder of Plant Vibrant. I offer education and guidance rooted in nourishment, emotional rhythm, and lifestyle practices. I provide content for women navigating hormonal transition and I do not diagnose, treat, or replace medical professionals. You are responsible for seeking medical advice where needed.
The guidance and practices within Plant Vibrant are designed to support your body, ease your symptoms and help you understand your signals with more clarity. Every woman’s experience is unique, so while many clients notice meaningful shifts, this programme does not offer medical cures or guaranteed outcomes.
7. Your Commitment
This programme is a collaborative adventure. Your willingness to engage with the practices, reflections, and weekly rhythm will shape your experience. You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and choices, including seeking medical advice where needed, and for any changes you make as a result of the programme.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, frameworks, concepts, programme structures, recipes, documents and resources provided by Plant Vibrant are the intellectual property of Plant Vibrant. You are granted a personal, non‑transferable licence to use these materials for your own wellbeing. You may not copy, share, distribute, reproduce, or use these materials for commercial purposes.
9. Agreement
By making your payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, and you are ready to begin your Plant Vibrant adventure.
